Currency Swap Provider definition

Currency Swap Provider means in relation to any Issuer the swap counterparty to such Issuer under any relevant Currency Swap Agreement of such Issuer;
Currency Swap Provider means any third party counterparty in its capacity as currency swap provider under a Currency Swap Agreement;
Currency Swap Provider means initially CBA and includes any other person that subsequently enters into a Currency Swap Agreement with the Trustee and the Manager.

  • The payment by the Issuer of its Australian dollar payment obligations under the Series Supplement on each Distribution Date to the Currency Swap Provider in relation to a Class or Sub-Class of US$ Notes will be a good discharge of its US$ obligations under Clause 3.1 for that Class or Sub-Class of US$ Notes (but will not relieve the Issuer of any liability in respect of any default in payment in respect of a US$ Note under any other Transaction Document).
