Current Debt of any Person shall mean as of the date of any determination thereof (i) all Indebtedness of such Person for borrowed money other than Funded Debt of such Person and (ii) Guaranties by such Person of Current Debt of others.

Current Debt means, with respect to any Person, all Debt of such Person which by its terms or by the terms of any instrument or agreement relating thereto matures on demand or within one year from the date of the creation thereof and is not directly or indirectly renewable or extendible at the option of the obligor in respect thereof to a date one year or more from such date, provided that (a) Debt outstanding under a revolving credit or similar agreement which obligates the lender or lenders to extend credit over a period of one year or more and (b) Current Maturities of Funded Debt shall constitute Funded Debt and not Current Debt, even though such Debt by its terms matures on demand or within one year from such date.

Current Debt means any obligation for borrowed money (including notes payable and drafts accepted representing extensions of credit whether or not representing obligations for borrowed money) payable on demand or within a period of one year from the date of the creation thereof.

The Company is not in default in the payment of principal or interest on any Funded Debt or Current Debt and is not in default under any instrument or instruments or agreements under and subject to which any Funded Debt or Current Debt has been issued and no event has occurred and is continuing under the provisions of any such instrument or agreement which with the lapse of time or the giving of notice, or both, would constitute an event of default thereunder.

More Definitions of Current Debt

Current Debt means, with respect to any Person, all Indebtedness of such Person which by its terms or by the terms of any instrument or agreement relating thereto matures on demand or within one year from the date of the creation thereof and is not directly or indirectly renewable or extendible at the option of the obligor in respect thereof to a date one year or more from such date without meeting the conditions applicable to a new borrowing.

Current Debt means the aggregate principal amount of Debt which would in accordance with GAAP, be classified as current debt.

Current Debt means, with respect to any Person, all Indebtedness of such Person for borrowed money which by its terms or by the terms of any instrument or agreement relating thereto matures on demand or within one year from the date of the creation thereof and is not directly or indirectly renewable or extendible at the option of the debtor to a date more than one year from the date of the creation thereof.

Current Debt means, for any Person at any date of determination, all indebtedness of such Person of the type described in clauses (i) through (vii) of the definition of Indebtedness, other than Funded Debt, as of such date.

Current Debt means as at any date of determination all Debt for borrowed money maturing or payable on demand or within one year from the date of the creation thereof including any Debt that is by its terms or by the terms of any instrument or agreement relating thereto directly or indirectly renewable or extendible, at the option of the debtor, to a date beyond such year, including any outstanding amounts of any revolving credit facility, but excluding any fixed or contingent payments maturing or required to be made not more than one year after such date in respect of the principal and premium, if any, on any Funded Debt. Any Debt that is extended or renewed shall be deemed to have been created at the date of such extension or renewal.

Current Debt means all Debt other than Funded Debt;

Current Debt of a company or division shall refer to the total debt (current and non-current) of such company or division, determined from the financial statements thereof prepared in accordance with GAAP.
