Current Financial Statements definition

Current Financial Statements has the meaning given to such term in Section 5.9.
Current Financial Statements shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.6(a)(ii).

Current Financial Statements means (a) the audited Consolidated and consolidating balance sheet of the Group Members for the Fiscal Year ending March 31, 2013 and related Consolidated and consolidating statements of income, stockholders’ equity and cash flow for such Fiscal Year and (b) the Consolidated and consolidating unaudited balance sheet of the Group Members for the Fiscal Quarters ending September 30, 2013 and related Consolidated and consolidating statements of income and cash flow for each such Fiscal Quarter and that portion of the Fiscal Year ending as of the close of each such Fiscal Quarter.

Current Financial Statements means a statement of financial position (balance sheet), and a statement of earnings (income or profit and loss statement) including the schedules and notes that pertain thereto for a period of time ending no earlier than the last tax year end of the entity for which the statements are submitted. Statements are to be prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and presented in a format and in such detail as prescribed by the division.
Current Financial Statements means the Consolidated balance sheet and other financial statements of Borrower and its Subsidiaries dated March 31, 2008, previously delivered to Agent.
