Current Government Contracts definition

Current Government Contracts has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.14(a).
Current Government Contracts means those Government Contracts under which the period of performance has not yet expired or terminated or for which final payment has not been received or which remain open to audit or close-out.
Current Government Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 3.20(a).

  • To the knowledge of the Company, except as would not be material to the Company and the Company Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, neither the Company nor any Company Subsidiary performs activities under Current Government Contracts, or has other relationships with any other person or entity, that could result in an “organizational conflict of interest” as defined in Subpart 9.5 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation and agency supplements thereto.

  • The Company has not provided systems engineering, technical direction, technical evaluation or source selection services that create an unmitigated actual or potential Organizational Conflict of Interest (as defined in FAR subpart 9.5 and/or any other Applicable Laws) for the Company with respect to the Current Government Contracts or any outstanding Government Bid.

  • Schedule 3.16(c) sets forth each compliance program and other policy that the Company has developed and implemented to ensure compliance with its work under its Current Government Contracts and Applicable Law, including applicable U.S. government procurement statutes, regulations and contract requirements (collectively, the “Compliance Programs”).

  • The Compliance Programs are adequate and in compliance with all applicable requirement under the Company’s Current Government Contracts and Applicable Law.

  • The Company has not received notice from any Governmental Authority that any of the Company’s Compliance Programs are inadequate or otherwise fail to comply with any applicable requirement under the Company’s Current Government Contracts or Applicable Law.


More Definitions of Current Government Contracts

Current Government Contracts means those Government Contracts under which the period of performance has not yet expired or terminated or for which final payment has not been received.
