Current Market Rate definition

Current Market Rate means the one-year Treasury bill rate.
Current Market Rate means the most recent yield on United States Treasury Obligations adjusted to a constant maturity having a term most nearly corresponding to the term remaining from the date of prepayment to the Maturity Date, in effect two (2) business days prior to the prepayment date as published by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve system in the Federal reserve Statistical Release H.15 (519), or by such other quoting service, index or commonly available source utilized by Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company.
Current Market Rate means the most recent yield on United States Treasury Obligations adjusted to a constant maturity having a term most nearly corresponding to Fixed Rate Period remaining from the date of prepayment to the last day of the applicable Fixed Rate Period, in effect two (2) Business Days prior to the prepayment date as published by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System in the Federal reserve Statistical Release H.15 (519), or by such other quoting service, index, or commonly available source utilized by the Lender. The “present value” calculation shall use the Current Market Rate as the discount rate and shall be calculated as if each installment of the principal sum had been made when due during the remainder of the applicable Fixed Rate Period.

Examples of Current Market Rate in a sentence

  • Base Rent per annum per rentable square foot of the Premises for the Extension Term shall be one hundred percent (100%) of the Current Market Rate for lease terms commencing on or about the date of commencement of the Extension Term.

  • If the higher of such Estimates is not more than one hundred five percent (105%) of the lower of such Estimates, then Current Market Rate shall be the average of the two Estimates.

  • Within thirty (30) days after receipt of Tenant’s notice to extend Landlord shall deliver to Tenant written notice of the Current Market Rate and shall advise Tenant of the required adjustment to Base Rent, if any.

  • If the two brokers cannot agree upon which of the two Estimates most closely reflects the Current Market Rate within the twenty (20) days after their appointment, then, within ten (10) days after the expiration of such twenty (20) day period, the two (2) brokers shall select a third broker meeting the aforementioned criteria.

  • Tenant shall, within thirty (30) days after receipt of Landlord’s notice, notify Landlord in writing whether Tenant (a) accepts Landlord’s determination of the Current Market Rate; or (b) requests that the Current Market Rate be determined by brokers (“Arbitration Request”).


More Definitions of Current Market Rate

Current Market Rate means at any time the current rate for entering into transactions with the Trading Instrument on financial market.
Current Market Rate means the ten- year constant treasury maturity year rate, as determined at the time the individual loan is closed upon, plus two- and one-half percent.

Current Market Rate means the prevailing rental rate per rentable square foot under office leases recently executed for comparable space in the Building and in comparable buildings in the North ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County submarket in which the Building is located. The determination of Current Market Rate shall take into consideration net versus gross lease (and differing base years, if applicable); any differences in the size of space being leased, the location of space in the building and the length of lease terms; any differences in definitions of rentable square feet or rentable area with respect to which rental rates are computed; the value of rent abatements, allowances (for demolition, space planning, architectural and engineering fees, construction, moving expenses or other purposes); the creditworthiness of Tenant; the location and condition of the building; the condition of the space; and other pertinent factors. The Current Market Rate may include an escalation of a fixed rental rate (based on a fixed step or index) then prevailing in the market.
Current Market Rate means the price currently asked for a commodity or service in a particular market or the current annual percentage rate of interest on loans or accruing to investments as determined by market forces.
