Current Rate Year definition

Current Rate Year means the Rate Year for which the Annual Update is posted on the SPP OASIS and which Central Power has filed with the Commission (e.g., if the Annual Update is filed on July 1, 2015, the Current Rate Year is July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016).
Current Rate Year means the Rate Year for which the Annual Update is posted on the WAPA-UGP OASIS and SPP OASIS (e.g., if the Initial Posting of the Annual Update is posted on or around September 1, 2020, and the Final Posting of the Annual Update is posted on or around December 15, 2020, the Current Rate Year is January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021).
Current Rate Year means the Rate Year for which the Annual Update is posted on the SPP website and which Tri-State has filed with the Commission (e.g., if the Annual Update is filed on July 1, 2015September 1, 2021, the Current Rate Year is July 1, 2015September 1, 2021 through June 30, 2016August 31, 2022).

  • Current Rate means the applicable basic minimum wage rate for Local Workers by reason of any National or State Statute or Ordinance, prevailing on any date subsequent to the date 28 days prior to the latest date set for submission of Tenders.

  • Reset Period means the First Reset Period or a Subsequent Reset Period, as the case may be;

  • Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate means, an interest rate per annum equal to the sum of (i) 1.00% per annum plus (ii) the Adjusted LIBO Rate for a one month Interest Period on such day (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day); provided that, for the avoidance of doubt, the Adjusted LIBO Rate for any day shall be based on the Screen Rate at approximately 11:00 a.m. London time on such day.

  • Adjusted LIBOR means, for any Borrowing of Eurodollar Loans, a rate per annum determined in accordance with the following formula: Adjusted LIBOR = LIBOR
