The placement of the buildings on the Property is generally depicted on the Master Plan subject to the applicable standards contained in Article 8.5-6 of the MDO, including but not limited to, Current Regulations.
Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Developer shall have the right (but not the obligation) to deviate from the Current Regulations as set forth in the Deviations Table attached hereto as Exhibit E and incorporated herein by reference.
