Current Regulations means all ordinances, resolutions, regulations, and comprehensive plans adopted by the Village, and in effect on or before the Effective Date and affecting the Development of the Property and includes, without limitation, laws governing permitted uses of the Property, density, design, and improvements, subject to Section herein.

Where any Village ordinance, fee structure, resolution or regulation adopted after the Effective Date hereof ( “New Ordinance”) differs from the Current Regulations Developer may, at any time after adoption of the such New OIrdinace , request that such New Ordinance, or any portion thereof, be incorporated into the Current Regulations.
Incorporation of a New Ordinance or any portion thereof into the Current Regulations shall be a non-material change to the Amendment.
