Current Use means the identified use for each Property as set out in Schedule 9;

More Definitions of Current Use

Current Use means any use which is currently being made, or is likely to be made, of the land and which is consistent with any existing planning permission (or is otherwise lawful under the town and country planning legislation). This definition is subject to the following qualifications:
Current Use means the use for each Property as set out in folder 20 in the Data Room.
Current Use means, in relation to each Transferred Property, the Sublease Property and the Company Property, the use given in Attachment 6 (Properties);
