Currently Combined definition

Currently Combined. Network Elements shall mean that the particular Network Elements requested by InterGlobe are in fact already combined by BellSouth in the BellSouth network. References to “Ordinarily Combined” Network Elements shall mean that the particular Network Elements requested by InterGlobe are not already combined by BellSouth in the location requested by InterGlobe but are elements that are typically combined in BellSouth’s network. References to “Not Typically Combined” Network Elements shall mean that the particular Network Elements requested by InterGlobe are not elements that BellSouth combines for its use in its network.

Currently Combined. Network Elements shall mean that the particular Network Elements requested by TWTC are in fact already combined by AT&T in the AT&T network. References to “Ordinarily Combined” Network Elements shall mean that the particular Network Elements requested by TWTC are not already combined by AT&T in the location Version: 4Q06 Standard ICA 11/30/06

Currently Combined network elements shall mean that such network elements are in fact already combined by BellSouth in the BellSouth network to provide service to a particular end user at a particular location.

Examples of Currently Combined in a sentence

• Where a Currently Combined combination is not specifically set forth in Exhibit A, the rate for such Currently Combined combination of Network Elements shall be the sum of the recurring rates for those individual Network Elements in addition to the applicable non-recurring switch-as-is charge set forth in Exhibit A.

• Lauderdale, FL; Charlotte-Gastonia- Rock Hill, NC; Greensboro-Winston Salem-High Point, NC; Nashville, TN; and New Orleans, LA, MSAs. Except as stated above, EELs will be provided to Comm South only to the extent such network elements are Currently Combined.

• The rates for Currently Combined UNE Combinations provisioned pursuant to this Section 5.6 shall be the sum of the recurring rates for the individual network elements as set forth in Exhibit B, in addition to a nonrecurring charge set forth in Exhibit B.

• NOTE: The monthly recurring and the Switch-As-Is Charge and not the non-recurring charges below will apply for UNE combinations provisioned as ' Currently Combined' Network Elements.

• Where a Currently Combined Combination is not specifically set forth in Exhibit A, the rate for such Currently Combined Combination shall be the sum of the recurring rates for those individual Network Elements as set forth in Exhibit A and/or Exhibit B in addition to the applicable nonrecurring switch-as-is charge set forth in Exhibit A.
