Custodial Fee definition

Custodial Fee means a fee payable by the Borrower to the Custodian as set forth in the Custodial Fee Letter.
Custodial Fee. The monthly fee paid to the Custodian for its services rendered, which will be paid by the Master Servicer from the Master Servicing Fee.
Custodial Fee. The monthly fee payable to the Custodian for its services rendered under the BONY Custodial Agreement as determined pursuant to a separate letter agreement between the Custodian and the Trustee.

Custodial Fee. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the amount set forth on the related Funding Confirmation as the "Custodial Fee."
