Custodian Fee Letter definition
Custodian Fee Letter means the Collateral Agent Fee Letter setting forth the fees payable by the Borrower to, among other parties, the Custodian in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Custodian Fee Letter means that certain fee letter, dated as of the date hereof, among U.S. Bank National Association, as Custodian, the Borrower and the Collateral Manager setting forth the fees and expenses payable by the Borrower and the Collateral Manager and acknowledged by the Facility Agent, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified by the parties thereto with the consent of the Facility Agent.

As compensation for its Custodian activities hereunder, the Custodian shall be entitled to fees pursuant to the Custodian Fee Letter.

Custodian Fee Letter means that certain fee letter, dated as of the date hereof, among U.S. Bank National Association, as Custodian, the Borrower and the Collateral Manager setting forth the fees and expenses payable by the Borrower and the Collateral Manager and acknowledged by the Administrative Agent, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified by the parties thereto with the consent of the Administrative Agent.
Custodian Fee Letter means the fee letter dated as of the date hereof, between the Borrower and the Custodian, as amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
