Custodian Fee Letter definition

Custodian Fee Letter means the fee letter dated as of the date hereof, between the Borrower and the Custodian, as amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Custodian Fee Letter means the Custodian Fee Letter setting forth the fees payable by the Borrower to, among other parties, the Custodian in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
