Custody Agreements definition

Custody Agreements means the Trust Unallocated Account Agreement and the Trust Allocated Account Agreement and any custody agreement entered into pursuant to Section 5.5 with a substitute or additional Custodian.
Custody Agreements means these certain Custody Agreements now in effect between the Funds and the Bank, as they may be amended, restated, modified or supplemented from time to time.

More Definitions of Custody Agreements

Custody Agreements means: (a) with respect to The Royal Mint Physical Gold ETC Securities, the Secured Unallocated Gold Custody Agreement and the Secured Allocated Gold Custody Agreement and; (b) with respect to any other Class of Metal Securities, means such agreements providing for the custody of Metal relating to such Class entered into by the Issuer and a Custodian.
Custody Agreements means the Custodial Services Agreement by and between the Trust and the Sponsor and Custodian that governs the Trust’s and the Sponsor’s use of the Custodial Services provided by the Custodian as a fiduciary with respect to the Trust’s assets.
