Whether a Subscription for a single-user to a particular Autodesk software program is a Switched Subscription, and whether You have met the qualifications to purchase a particular Switched Subscription, are determined by Autodesk. “Subscription for single-user”: means the Relationship Program offered generally by Autodesk referred to as “Subscription for single-user” or “term licensing” program or plan, under which Autodesk may provide (among other things) a limited term license to (a) version(s) of Covered Software and associated Benefits.
