Customer Instruction definition

Customer Instruction means any request or instruction from you to us.
Customer Instruction means any request or instruction that is received by the Bank through Hang Seng Business e-Banking.
Customer Instruction means any request or instruction from the M-CENTI customer to the Sacco.

  • Subject to Clause 11.2, any such sharing, storage or transmission of such information will be done in a confidential basis and we will endeavour to maintain the strict confidentiality of such information within the HSBC Group unless: (a) otherwise required by any applicable law, regulation or request of any public or regulatory authority; or (b) where disclosure is required for the purposes of preventing crime; or (c) we deem disclosure necessary to give effect to a Customer Instruction.


More Definitions of Customer Instruction

Customer Instruction means Customer’s instructions on the Manufacturing (as defined below) including, without limitation, information on Customer’s proprietary manufacturing process and other technical information, which may be provided by Customer to Evonik from time to time during the Term of this Agreement.
Customer Instruction means each instruction (including each payment instruction sent by your Authoriser or User to us in favour of a party other than you) that your Authoriser or User sends or gives to us (or that we reasonably believe your Authoriser or User has sent or given to us) in connection with any facility, undertaking, arrangement or agreement with us.

Customer Instruction means any request, instruction or communications sent by the User or any representative of the Customer and received by the Bank through an E-Channel with a valid identification such as correct username, password, pin, token or any other similar identification. “E-Channel(s)”means ADIB Group’s electronic banking systems described in the Schedule to this Agreement, and which we may authorize you and any User to access and use from time to time in accordance with the relevant Schedule and the other terms of this Agreement. “Institution” means any member of the ADIB Group (other than the Bank) and any third party financial institution providing the Services on behalf of ADIB Group to the Customer. “Materials” means any content, tools or other materials (other than software) made available to you for the purpose of making use of E-Channels and the Services. “Schedule” means a schedule to this Agreement specifying the relevant E-Channel(s) authorized by the Bank to the Customer and any specific terms and conditions relating to such E-Channel which shall form an integral part of this Agreement. “Services” means any electronic banking or related services supplied via an E-Channel and ancillary services that we provide procure or make available to you from time to time, as may be further described in this Agreement. “Security Procedures” means the facilities and procedures used to control the operation of each of the E-Channels and the Services as set out in this Agreement. “Software” means any software supplied by us for use by you in connection with any E-Channel. “Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions set out in this section of the Agreement governing E-Channels and the Services and binding on the Customer. “User(s)”means any of your employees, agents or any other individual(s) authorized by the Customer and notified to the Bank, whom from time to time are/is appointed to use the E-Channel(s) pursuant to this Agreement.
Customer Instruction means an online transaction on the Customer's account, a request for transaction on the Customer's account or an instruction to the Bank, effected through the iBiz Muamalat by use of a Password.
Customer Instruction means an instruction given by a Customer to the Bank in accordance with its Agreed Signing Arrangement or in a manner acceptable to the Bank in accordance with the manner set out in these Terms;
