Customer or Potential Customer definition

Customer or Potential Customer means each and every person and/or entity who or which, at any time during Your employment with the Corporation, any representative of the Corporation or its Subsidiaries (including You) solicited money or deal or other transactions or otherwise contacted with respect to financial or other investment services.
Customer or Potential Customer means any person or entity who or which, at any time during the preceding two years (while I am still employed or engaged by the Company) or during the two years preceding the end of my Service Relationship (once I am no longer employed or engaged by the Company): (i) contracted for, was billed for or received from the Company any product, service or process; or (ii) was solicited by the Company in an effort in which I was involved, or of which I was or should have been aware, concerning any product, service or process of the Company.
Customer or Potential Customer means any person or entity who or which, at any time during the one year period prior to the Executive’s contact with such person or entity, if such contact occurs during the Executive’s employment or, if such contact occurs following the termination of the Executive’s employment, during the one year period prior to the date the Executive’s employment with the Company ends: (A) contracted for, was billed for, or received from the Company any product, service, or process with which the Executive worked directly or indirectly during the Executive’s employment by the Company or about which the Executive acquired Confidential Information; or (B) was in contact with the Executive or in contact with any other employee, owner, or agent of the Company, of which contact the Executive was or should have been aware, concerning the sale or purchase of, or contract for, any product, service, or process with which the Executive worked directly or indirectly during the Executive’s employment with the Company or about which the Executive acquired Confidential Information; or (C) was solicited by the Company in an effort in which the Executive was involved or of which the Executive was aware.

  • Induce, cause, advise, or otherwise influence any Customer or Potential Customer of Employer to cease doing business with Employer.

  • In addition, Employee has or may develop relationships with Customers or Potential Customers so that the Confidential Information could be used to Solicit the business of such Customer or Potential Customer away from a Banking Organization.

  • Contact, canvas, solicit, or accept business with respect to the sale, design, manufacture or marketing of orthopedic products for children from any Customer or Potential Customer of Employer if such business would be of the type then being carried on by Employer and which was performed by Employee on behalf of Employer.

  • The Parent shall receive from the Company evidence that the Company's and each Affiliate's (as applicable) plan(s) has been terminated pursuant to resolution of each such entity's Board of Directors (the form and substance of 50 which resolutions shall be subject to review and approval of the Parent), effective as of the day immediately preceding the Closing Date.

  • You agree to delete any connection with any Customer or Potential Customer or Supplier of the Company from any Networking Site on which you have a profile on or before the termination of your employment.

Customer or Potential Customer means a person receiving a service from the Company or who is liable to pay charges
Customer or Potential Customer is any person or entity who or which, at any time during the twelve (12) month period prior to the date Executive’s employment with the Company ends: (i) contracted for, was billed for, or received from a Company Group entity any of its products or services; or (ii) was solicited by a Company Group entity for the purpose of offering its products or services in an effort in which Executive was involved. The term “Partner” means any prospective carrier, broker, agent, or other individual, corporation, or business entity that assists the Company Group in selling or offering its products or services or has entered a formal business relationship with the Company Group for the purpose of advancing the Company Group’s business interests.
Customer or Potential Customer means any person or entity who or which, at any time during the one-year period prior to my contact with such person or entity as described in Sections 5.5 or 5.6 if such contact occurs during my employment or, if such contact occurs following the termination of my employment, during the one-year period prior to the date my employment with Company ends: (i) contracted for, was billed for, or received from Company any product, service or process with which I worked directly or indirectly during my employment by Company or about which I acquired Confidential Information; or (ii) was in contact with me or in contact with any other employee, owner, or agent of Company, of which contact I was or should have been aware, concerning the sale or purchase of, or contract for, any product, service or process with which I worked directly or indirectly during my employment with Company or about which I acquired Confidential Information; or (iii) was solicited by Company in an effort in which I was involved or of which I was aware.
Customer or Potential Customer means a person either receiving a service from the Company or who is liable to pay charges in accordance with the Company's charges scheme, or a person who might become such a person on making an application to receive a service from the Company.
Customer or Potential Customer means any Person who or which, at any time during the one (1) year prior to the Acceptance Time, (i) contracted for, was billed for, or received from the Company any product, service or process with which the Stockholder worked directly or indirectly during Stockholder’s employment by the Company; (ii) had business with the Company that Stockholder managed; (iii) was in contact with Stockholder or in contact with any other employee, owner, or agent of the Company, of which contact Stockholder was aware, concerning any product, service or process with which Stockholder worked directly or indirectly during his employment with the Company; or (iv) was solicited by the Company in an effort in which Stockholder was involved or of which Stockholder was aware.
Customer or Potential Customer means any person or entity who or which, at any time during the one year period prior to the Employee’s contact with such person or entity, if such contact occurs during the Employee’s employment or, if such contact occurs following the termination of the Employee’s employment, during the one year period prior to the date the Employee’s employment with the Company ends: (i) contracted for, was billed for, or received from the Company any product, service, or process with which the Employee worked directly or indirectly during the Employee’s employment by the Company or about which the Employee acquired Confidential Information; or (ii) was in contact with the Employee or in contact with any other employee, owner, or agent of the Company, of which contact the Employee was or should have been aware, concerning the sale or purchase of, or contract for, any product, service, or process with which the Employee worked directly or indirectly during the Employee’s
Customer or Potential Customer means each and every Person: (A) with whom or with which at any time in the twelve (12) months prior to the Termination Date the Executive (or any individual directly supervised by the Executive) had business dealings; and (B) who or which, at any time during the twelve (12) months prior to the Termination Date: (a) contracted for, was billed for, or received services from any member of the Controlled Group; (b) was in contact with the Executive concerning the Controlled Group’s products or services or with another representative of the Controlled Group of which contact the Executive knew or should have been aware; (c) the Controlled Group solicited or planned to solicit, to the extent that the Executive was involved, or was aware, or should have been aware; or (d) had any distribution, supply, partnering, alliance, or other agreement or arrangement with the Controlled Group.
