Grantor grants and conveys to Grantee a perpetual right and easement for the free and unrestricted access, ingress and egress within, on, over and across the Premises and the Building (but only to the extent necessary to access the Facilities and Customer-Owned Equipment).
If Grantee or the Grantee Parties desire access to the Premises, Meter Room, Facilities, Customer-Owned Equipment or ▇▇▇ Room for any reason and at any time, then Grantor must take all necessary actions to provide such access, including without limitation, removal of impediments and locks.

To deliver the Services, we may from time to time download software and make other changes to Customer-Owned Equipment, which may change the features and functionality of Customer-Owned Equipment.
