Customer Parties definition

Customer Parties means Customer and its Affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, employees and agents.
Customer Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 13.2.
Customer Parties means (i) Customer and its Affiliates, (ii) owners, operators, and intermediate charterers of Customer’s nominated Vessels, and such Vessels in rem, and (iii) the respective equity holders, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, contractors, successors and permitted assigns of any entities described in parts (i) and (ii) of this definition (excluding any member of the Enterprise Parties).

  • Subject to Section 14.1 above, none of the EDTI Parties (as defined above) will be liable to any of the Customer Parties (as defined above) for any damages, costs, expenses, injuries, losses, or liabilities suffered or incurred by the Customer Parties or any of them, howsoever and whensoever caused, and each Customer Party hereby forever releases each of the EDTI Parties from any liability or obligation in respect thereof.

  • Neither the Customer Parties nor any Agent or other user has received or been offered any bribe, kickback, or illegal or improper payment, gift, or thing of value from any 8x8 Party in connection with the Agreement or Ordered Products.

  • The Customer Parties agree to pay or cause to be paid to the Staymobile Parties all sums or amounts of money that the Customer Parties shall pay or become liable to pay as charges or expenses of any nature or kind whatsoever, including fees of counsel, by reason of the failure of the Customer Parties to comply with the Terms hereunder, as soon as the Customer Parties shall have become liable therefore, whether or not the Company Parties shall have actually paid such sums or any part thereof.
