Customer Products definition

Customer Products means products owned by CUSTOMER which contain, as an integral part, in either unmodified or modified form, the DELIVERABLES, GENERATED SOFTWARE or parts thereof.

Customer Products means the products in respect of which any Distribution Services and/or Storage Services are performed by the Supplier as part of the Services and Customer Product shall be interpreted accordingly;

Customer Products has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2 below.

Examples of Customer Products in a sentence

• The Supplier shall be required to promptly inform the Company if the Contractual Products and/or Contractual Services violate legal provisions of countries in which the Customer Products are to be sold, distributed and/or used.

• Should a Customer impose an increase in quantities for which the Customer Products are required, Supplier shall sell, and Company shall purchase, any additional requirements of Customer Products at the current Price and without any extra payment.

• If the Supplier intends to make a change to the Customer Products, it shall notify the Company as early as possible, but not later than at least nine (9) months prior to the planned implementation of the change.

• The Supplier shall deliver copies of all certificates relating to the Customer Products and the safety thereof to the Company.

• If the Customer Products are repaired or replaced, then a new warranty shall run for a new period starting from the end of the repairs or the replacement.

More Definitions of Customer Products

Customer Products means the commercially available software products that are owned or licensed by You, which products access, communicate or interoperate with the Software through Developed Works.

Customer Products means Customer's men's and/or women's apparel and equipment as more fully described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Additional products may be added to Exhibit A upon mutual written agreement.

Customer Products means Customer’s cell therapy products, including, control testing of medical devices, biologics, and without limitation, Customer’s cell therapy product known as “MyoCell®,” and its related initial and intermediate biologic source material, and improvements thereon which are considered to be the same products for regulatory purposes.

Customer Products means any websites, applications, or other technology used to interface with the SendBird Platform, accessible to End Users which are owned and operated by the Customer or at the direction of the Customer or under license from the Customer.

Customer Products means Customer’s cell therapy products, including, control testing of medical devices, biologics, and without limitation, Customer’s cell therapy product known as “MyoCell®,” and its related initial and intermediate biologic source material, and improvements thereon which are considered to be the same products for regulatory purposes. d. “Disclosing Party” has the meaning given to it in Section 10(b). e. “Forecast” has the meaning given to it in Section 2(c). f. “Intellectual Property Rights” means patent applications, patents (including reissues, divisions, continuations, and extensions), utility models, copyrights, trade secrets, author’s rights, contract and licensing rights, and any other form of intellectual property right afforded protection by law such as inventions, designs, and technical information as may exist now and/or hereafter come into existence, and all applications, renewals and extensions thereof, regardless of whether any of such rights arise under common law, the laws of the United States or the laws of any other state, country or jurisdiction.

Customer Products has the meaning ascribed to it in Paragraph 3.2; "Data Protection Laws" means (i) the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (No. 26 of 2012) as amended from time to time; and (ii) all other applicable legislation, regulations, principles, industry codes, policies, ordinances, standards or requirements of any government, governmental or semi-governmental body and official interpretations thereof that relates to privacy or to the collection, use, disclosure, storage or handling of Personal Data and/or personally identifiable data, all as amended from time to time;

Customer Products means Licensed LTC T Cell Products as such term is defined in the License Agreement and Licensed T Cell Products as such term is defined in the Sublicense Agreement. For purposes of clarification, a single Customer Product can be considered both a Licensed T Cell Product and Licensed LTC T Cell Product.
