Customer Properties definition

Customer Properties means Customer’s websites, applications, or other offerings owned and operated by or for the benefit of Customer through which Customer uses the Services.
Customer Properties means mobile applications and websites owned, operated, developed, or licensed by you.
Customer Properties means any software, websites, APIs (application programming interfaces) or other products made or owned by Customer that may include or interface with one or more Products.

  • Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Order Form, Baleen may use Customer’s name, logo, and marks (including marks on Customer Properties) to identify Customer as a Baleen customer on Baleen’s website and other marketing materials.


More Definitions of Customer Properties

Customer Properties has the meaning given in Clause 7.9. Cutover Services means, collectively (as applicable), the Subscription Service, Documentation, Developer API, provision of Ancillary Software, and the associated services to be provided by Cutover in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (including as set out in Clause 1.2). Cutover Service has the corresponding meaning.
Customer Properties includes Customer’s websites, infrastructure, networks, mobile applications, or other systems, as well as Customer accounts on Third- Party Services.
Customer Properties has the meaning given in Clause 7.9. Disclosing Party has the meaning given in Clause 7.1.

Customer Properties means Customer’s Devices, applications, files owned and operated by (or for the benefit of) Customer through which Customer uses the Services to manage their account and Devices. “Data” means any and all data and information, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded, uploaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly, by or through the Services, including any data or information derived or processed by the Services based on a User’s use of and/or access to the Services.
Customer Properties means and shall refer to Customer’s services and digital applications or properties (e.g., webpages, apps, endpoints, platforms) that Customer integrates with the AppTech Services. To the extent Customer is using the AppTech Services for the benefit of its Clients pursuant to Section 2(E), “Customer Properties” includes any Client services and digital applications or properties (e.g., webpages, apps, endpoints) from which Customer Data is collected and submitted, uploaded, or otherwise sent to AppTech.
Customer Properties means any and all Customer Products, specifications, documentation, Confidential Information, application programming interfaces, and other technologies, information and materials provided by CLIENT to XIMEDICA to enable XIMEDICA to provide Ximedica Products or Ximedica Services to CLIENT or End User.
