Customer Software definition

Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;
Customer Software means any software identified as such in the Order Form together with all other software which is not identified as such in the Order Form but which is owned by or licensed to the Customer and which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Services;
Customer Software means the Software owned or licensed by Customer (other than the Supplier Software) that is used in connection with the Services, including the Software set forth in Exhibit 6, and any modification, enhancement or derivative work of the foregoing.

Examples of Customer Software in a sentence

  • Upon termination of the license associated with this Agreement, Xxxxxxxx agrees to destroy all copies of the Software and other text and/or graphical documentation, whether in electronic or printed format, that describe the features, functions and operation of the Software that are provided by Axon to Customer ("Software Documentation") or return such copies to Axon.

  • Customer represents and warrants to AWS that it has all rights necessary to allow AWS to access and use Customer Software to the extent necessary to provide AWS Managed Services.


More Definitions of Customer Software

Customer Software means any software applications, programs, or other technologies Customer develops using SDK(s) or API(s), and that (a) are intended to access, function or interoperate with the Document Cloud Service, and (b) add substantial functionality and value beyond the Document Cloud Service itself. For the avoidance of doubt, Customer Software may be comprised of a Customer’s hosted service that interoperates with the Document Cloud Service.
Customer Software means any System owned or licensed by Customer or its Affiliates (including any software modules, modifications and enhancements thereto) which is listed in Exhibit 5, and for which Administrator has been authorized by Customer or its Affiliates to utilize in performing the Services hereunder, but excluding any Administrator Software which Customer or its Affiliates have licensed.
