Daily Reset LIBOR Rate definition

Daily Reset LIBOR Rate means an annual rate of interest equal to the one-month LIBOR rate for Dollars quoted by the Agent from Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page (or, any successor or substitute thereto selected by the Agent in its sole discretion), which shall be that one-month LIBOR rate in effect and reset each Business Day, adjusted for any reserve requirement and any subsequent costs arising from a change in government regulation.
Daily Reset LIBOR Rate means the one-month LIBOR rate quoted by the Administrative Agent from Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page or any successor thereto, which shall be that one-month LIBOR rate in effect and reset each New York Banking Day, adjusted for any reserve requirement and any subsequent costs arising from a change in government regulation, such rate to be rounded up to the nearest one-sixteenth percent. The term “New York Banking Day” means any day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which commercial banks are open for business in New York, New York.
Daily Reset LIBOR Rate means, for any date, the rate determined by Agent to be the per annum rate (rounded upward to the nearest one-hundredth of one percent (1/100%)) at which Dollar deposits in immediately available funds and in lawful money of the United States would be offered to Agent, on behalf of Lenders, outside of the United States at approximately 11:00 a.m. (LIBOR time) on such date, for a one-month period.

  • All prepayments of Daily Reset LIBOR Rate Loans or Base Rate Loans shall be without premium.

Daily Reset LIBOR Rate means, with respect to each day, the rate determined by the Agent equal to the quotient of (1) the average offered rate for deposits in Dollars for delivery of such deposits on a one-month basis, which appears on Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page (or, any successor thereto) as of 11:00 a.m., London time (or such other time as of which such rate appears), or, if not available, the rate for such deposits determined by the Agent, in the Agent’s sole and reasonable discretion, at such time based on such other published service of general application as shall be selected by the Agent, in the Agent’s sole discretion, for such purpose, divided by (2) one minus the Eurocurrency Reserve Requirement, if any, on such day.
Daily Reset LIBOR Rate means the one-month LIBOR Rate (as defined below, which includes the 0.875% addition to the base LIBOR rate) in effect and reset each Business Day, adjusted for any reserve requirement and any subsequent costs arising from a change in government regulation. Lender's internal records of applicable interest rates shall be determinative in the absence of manifest error.
Daily Reset LIBOR Rate means an annual rate of interest equal to the one-month LIBOR rate for Dollars quoted by the Agent from Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page (or, any successor or substitute thereto selected by the Agent in its sole discretion), which shall be that one-month LIBOR rate in effect and reset each Business Day, adjusted for any reserve requirement and any subsequent costs arising from a change in government regulation; provided, however, in no event and at no time shall the Daily Resent Libor Rate be less than two and one-half percent (2.50%) per annum.
Daily Reset LIBOR Rate means, for any day, the rate of interest per annum that is equal to the rate per annum determined by Administrative Agent to be the average of the interest rates available to it in accordance with the then-existing practices in the interbank market in London, England at approximately 11:00 a.m. London time, as set forth on Telerate Page 3750, for that day for the offering to Administrative Agent by leading dealers in such interbank market for delivery on that day for one month U.S. dollar deposits of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000), where the term is used in respect of the LIBOR Adjusted Rate; provided that if for any reason Administrative Agent cannot determine such rate for any day, then LIBOR Rate for that day shall be the rate of interest per annum that is equal to the arithmetic mean of the rates appearing on the Bloomberg British Bankers Association LIBOR page as of 11:00 a.m., London time, on that date for the offering by such institutions as are named therein to prime banks in the Eurodollar interbank market in London, England, for delivery on that day of one month U.S. dollar deposits of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000).
Daily Reset LIBOR Rate means USD-LIBOR-BBA with a Designated Maturity of one day.
