Data Management Services definition

Data Management Services means such part of the Services described as “Data Management Services” in a Service Schedule, including (where applicable) the Output of such Services. “Data Protection Legislation” means, as applicable, the European Union’s Regulation 2016/679 known as the General Data Protection Regulation and the United Kingdom’s transposed version of that Regulation (each as applicable, the “GDPR”) and any applicable UK legislation that supplements, modifies, implements or applies the GDPR (including the Data Protection Act 2018) and “personal data”, “process”, “processor”, “controller”, “personal data breach” and “data subject” shall have the meanings given to such terms in the Data Protection Legislation.
Data Management Services means such part of the Services described as “Data Management Services” in a Service Schedule, including (where applicable) the Output of such Services.
Data Management Services means the viewing and classification of Felixer Data for the purpose of providing summaries of Felixer activations to relevant regulatory bodies and the uploading of such data to the Felixer Management System.

  • If desired, Customer may engage Dealer to perform Data Management Services at then-prevailing Contract rates.

  • The selection, use and design of any Data Management Services, and any decisions arising with respect to the deletion or storage of data, as well as the loss of any data resulting therefrom, shall be the sole and exclusive responsibility of Customer.

More Definitions of Data Management Services

Data Management Services mean the Services specified in the Order to be provided by the Contractor to the Customer in respect of the Customer’s Data, which includes Data Cleansing, Data Conversion and Migration and Data Warehousing.
Data Management Services means the managed service by the Service Provider of receiving, storing, processing and reporting on the traceability data that will be generated by the track and trace Solution at various traceable stages throughout the supply chain;
Data Management Services has the meaning set out in section 1.1 of Schedule B.1.
Data Management Services means the storage, filing and updating facilities and/or services that may be rendered to the Client, pursuant to the Client’s request, including the management of the Client or Traveller’s Personal information, Client trading data, and any other confidential information on the Company’s databases, inclusive of any ancillary or incidental services as contemplated herein.
Data Management Services means services of collecting, storing, devising systems for retrieving, collating, analysing and distributing, publishing, disseminating data, information and other inputs to its members and specified users;
Data Management Services means the provision of the Data collected through use of the hardware operated by or for the Customer in which Provider processes, displays, evaluates and/or stores the Data collected by or for the Customer and as set forth in Attachment 1 of these Terms and Conditions and/or a Contract provided by Provider.

Related to Data Management Services

  • Investment Services means the Investment Services under the Company’s CIF license which can be found in the document “Company Information” on the Website.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Cash Management Services means any cash management or related services including treasury, depository, return items, overdraft, controlled disbursement, merchant store value cards, e-payables services, electronic funds transfer, interstate depository network, automatic clearing house transfer (including the Automated Clearing House processing of electronic funds transfers through the direct Federal Reserve Fedline system) and other cash management arrangements.
