Data Privacy Requirements definition
Data Privacy Requirements means Applicable Laws and guidelines pertaining to privacy such as the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, Card Association bylaws, operating regulations and rules related to data security, data integrity and the safeguarding of Cardholder Information including the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (“ PCI"), MasterCard ’s Site Data Protection Program (“ SDP"), Visa’ s Account Information Security Program (“ AIS"), INTERAC requirements and such other reasonable requirements provided by Processor from time to time.
Data Privacy Requirements means applicable federal and state laws and regulations relating to the processing, protection, or privacy of Personal Information, including where applicable, the guidance and codes of practice issued by regulatory bodies in any relevant jurisdiction.
Data Privacy Requirements means (i) each Applicable Law applicable to privacy, information security, data protection or the Processing of Personal Information, including, solely to the extent applicable, the California Consumer Privacy Act; (ii) guidance issued by a Governmental Authority that pertains to any such Applicable Law; (iii) all binding industry standards applicable to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries (including, if applicable, the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS)); (iv) each of the Company and its Subsidiaries' written policies relating to privacy, information security, data protection or the Processing of Personal Information; and (v) any Contract between the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, on the one hand, and any third party, on the other hand, to the extent relating to the Processing of Personal Information.

Data Privacy Requirements means, with respect to a party or any of its Subsidiaries, the following, in each case, to the extent applicable to such party or any of its Subsidiaries: (i) Laws directed to data privacy and security, (ii) contractual obligations of such party or any of its Subsidiaries regulating the privacy, security or processing of personal information (including self-regulatory standards to which such party or any of its Subsidiaries have publicly committed), and (iii) public-facing, written privacy, security and data protection policies.

Data Privacy Requirements means, to the extent applicable to the Company or any Subsidiary, any and all: (i) Laws in any jurisdiction regulating the Processing of Personal Data by or on behalf of the Company Group, including any predecessor, successor or implementing legislation of the foregoing, and any amendments or re-enactments of the foregoing; (ii) binding obligations of any member of the Company Group concerning its Processing of Personal Data under any Contract; (iii) current and published privacy notices and privacy policies of any member of the Company Group; and (iv) binding industry standards relevant to any member of the Company Group’s Processing of Personal Data.
Data Privacy Requirements means all Legal Requirements, Contractual Obligations, self-regulatory standards to which the Group Companies (individually or together) are subject (such as, if applicable, the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards), or publicly facing privacy notices, in each case that are applicable to a Group Company and relate to privacy, security, breach, data protection or Processing of Personal Information, including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), the Federal Trade Commission Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and similar state statutes such as the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act as amended by CS/SB 1120, state data security laws, state unfair or deceptive trade practices laws, and state data breach notification laws.
Data Privacy Requirements shall have the meaning set for in section 6.2. "Documentation" means FroogalPay user guides, supporting and promotional materials, technical data and any other documentation or material, on whatever media, related to the FroogalPay Solution.
