Data Processing System definition

Data Processing System means the computer equipment and associated peripheral devices and the related operating and application systems and other software which is owned by the Vendor or which is leased or licensed by the Vendor pursuant to a transferable lease or license, and which is Related to the Business (including any of the foregoing set forth in Schedule 1.1(7)(r)) other than off-the-shelf personal computer software and the computer equipment, application systems and software listed in Schedule 1.1(21).
