Data Protection Rules definition

Data Protection Rules means the relevant national laws that apply to the Processing of Personal Data in Data Protection Countries, including but not limited to any applicable privacy and information security laws and regulations that apply from time to time;
Data Protection Rules means the relevant national laws that apply to the Processing of Personal Data, including but not limited to: European Data Protection Laws, US Data Protection Laws, and the Australian Privacy Principles, as applicable.

  • Processor shall – specifically in such cases – provide all information that is necessary for JCI to fulfill its obligations under the applicable Data Protection Rules and these Terms, including the completion of privacy impact assessments and including making available all information necessary to demonstrate compliance by Processor with its obligations under these Terms.

  • Any subcontractor must comply with applicable Data Protection Rules and be contractually bound by the same obligations arising from this Addendum, including but not limited to the information security measures and confidentiality provisions in Section 6, the cooperation and notification obligations in Section 7 and the audit and inspection rights in Section 8.

Data Protection Rules means collectively all data protection, data security and data privacy requirements imposed by law, including, the Data Protection Act 2018 or other national legislation implementing or replacing the EU Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC, Directive 97/66/EC concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the telecommunications sector, Directive 2002/58/EC concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, the General Data Protection Regulation and all legislation that implements or is enacted in connection with the General Data Protection Regulation and other data protection or privacy legislation in force from time to time in any relevant jurisdiction which is applicable to the provision of services under the Agreement, together with any similar provisions of the Card Scheme Rules, including the Data Security Standards and any regulation and regulatory guidance issued by a competent data protection authority.
Data Protection Rules means Data Protection Act 2018 and any other related applicable law and regulation.

Data Protection Rules means the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), and the binding decisions and regulations of the relevant regulatory authority, as well as additional local adaptation and regulation regarding data protection in the applicable membership country.
Data Protection Rules means the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the UK General Data Protection Regulation and all related national laws, regulations, rules and secondary legislation, including, in the UK, the Data Protection Act 2018, and any amendment, update or replacement to those laws as may occur from time to time and together with any subordinate or related legislation made under any of the foregoing.
