Data Protection Supervisory Authority means any regulator, authority or body responsible for administering Data Protection Laws;

Data Protection Supervisory Authority means any regulatory authority responsible for the enforcement, regulation or governance of any Data Protection Laws and any replacement or successor body or person for any such authority from time to time.

i. For a Customer whose country of incorporation is the United Kingdom or any country that is not a member of the European Union, the Information Commissioner’s Office
ii. For a Customer whose country of incorporation is part of the European Union, the applicable independent public authority of that country.
