Data Room Documents definition

Data Room Documents means the documents made available to the Buyer and its advisers via the Data Room, an index of which in the agreed form is attached to the Disclosure Letter;

Data Room Documents means the documents and data relating to the Interests made available for the Purchaser’s inspection in the data room located at the offices of Scotiawaterous, 00 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx XX0X 0XX and/or sent to the Purchaser prior to the date hereof as such documents and data are listed in the index initialled by the Parties for the purposes of identification;

Data Room Documents means the documents made available to the Buyer and its advisors containing commercial, accounting, financial and legal information relating to the Seller, the Company and the Business, as listed in Appendix 8;

Examples of Data Room Documents in a sentence

• All documents and information provided as part of the Data Room Documents are true and complete documents and, to the Sellers’ Knowledge, do not omit to state any material fact relevant for the statements therein and are not misleading.

• The Purchaser and the Purchaser’s professional advisors have reviewed the Data Room Documents, Appendix 6(i).

• There are no lease agreements other than those Disclosed in the Data Room Documents, and no relationships or situations that may be lawfully redefined as lease agreements.

More Definitions of Data Room Documents

Data Room Documents means the documents contained in the Data Room which are listed in the Data Room Index and copies of which are contained in electronic form on CD-ROMs in the agreed form attached to the Disclosure Letter;

Data Room Documents means the documents and other information relating to the Interests as shown on the list attached to the Disclosure Letter and, where the context so admits, any one or more of such documents;

Data Room Documents means the documents identified in the index of that title in the Agreed Form;
