Data Subject Rights Request means a request made by, or on behalf of, a Data Subject as granted pursuant to Applicable Laws, and in particular pursuant to Articles 15-21 of the GDPR;

More Definitions of Data Subject Rights Request
Data Subject Rights Request means a request under Chapter 3 of GDPR which relates to the processing of Personal Data by [PROCESSOR] on behalf of [CONTROLLER]; and “Third Party” means a party which is not [CONTROLLER], [PROCESSOR] or the Data Subject to whom the Personal Data relates.
Data Subject Rights Request means any request from an individual to exercise rights provided under applicable law with respect to that individual’s Personal Information. Supplier shall Process Leidos Personal Information in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Supplier agrees to remain fully liable to Leidos for all acts and omissions of any such service provider, vendor, agent, or independent contractor with respect to any Processing of Leidos Personal Information.
