Date for Completion definition

Date for Completion means the date for Completion specified in the Contract Specifics.
Date for Completion has the meaning given in the Sale Contract.
Date for Completion. The date set out in paragraph 6 of the Form of Agreement. Unless the Authority has not received a final report as set out in paragraph 4 of the Reports Schedule, in which case the Completion Date shall be the date on which the Authority receives such a report.

Date for Completion means the date specified in this agreement when the Contract Work is to be completed; and
Date for Completion means the date for the completion of the Services or any part of the Services specified in Item 4 of the Key Terms Schedule or if no such item is specified in the Key Terms Schedule, the equivalent item in the Purchase Order, or elsewhere in this Contract (including an Approved Services Program), or if none is specified, the date upon which the parties intend the Services or that part of the Services to be completed;
