The Purchaser agrees to pay the balance of the Purchase Price, interest and adjustments on or before the Date of Closing, Possession and Adjustments.
If the Purchaser fails to pay the balance of the purchase monies, interest and adjustments on or before the Date of Closing, Possession and Adjustments as in Sub- clause (1) above provided, the City may, at its option, cancel the sale and retain the deposit as liquidated damages.
