Date of Commissioning definition

Date of Commissioning means the date of issue of the certificate by the BUYER to SELLER about the acceptability of ( details of items ) and other ancillary and allied equipments purchased alongwith;
Date of Commissioning or “COD” means the date notified by Corporation as the date on which the Plant is ready to commence commercial operations after successfully completing the testing.
Date of Commissioning means the date on which supply of Energy is commercially commenced by the Generating Plant to ABCL and includes COD.

Examples of Date of Commissioning in a sentence

  • In case of no mention of the guarantee period in standard specifications or SCC Guarantee Period will be 12 Months from the Date of Commissioning or 24 months from the date of delivery of final lot of supplies made, whichever is earlier.

  • In case of no mention of the guarantee period in standard specifications or SCC Guarantee Period will be 60 Months from the Date of Commissioning or 72 months from the date of delivery of final lot of supplies made, whichever is earlier.

  • After the Inspection and approval of the Electrical Inspectorate, date of Energisation to the Grid will be considered as the official Date of Commissioning (CoD) of the project.

  • The Date of Commissioning shall not have an effect on the duties of the parties at Substantial Completion.
