The Company shall have no obligation to complete, correct, repair or replace any Defective Work after the expiration of one (1) year from the Date of Completion.
Prior to completion of the Work and for one (1) year following the Date of Completion, Customer shall have the right to notify the Company of the need for correction of defective Work that does not meet the standards of this Section 3.2 (“Defective Work”); any such notice shall be in writing and shall describe the claimed defect in reasonable detail.
