Date of Completion definition

Date of Completion with respect to a Project shall mean: (i) the date upon which such Project and all components thereof have been acquired or constructed and are capable of performing the functions for which they were intended, as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; or (ii) the date on which the Issuer determines, upon the recommendation of or in consultation with the Consulting Engineer, that it cannot complete such Project in a sound and economical manner within a reasonable period of time as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; provided that in each case such certificate of the Consulting Engineer shall set forth the amount of all Costs of such Project which have theretofore been incurred, but which on the Date of Completion is or will be unpaid or unreimbursed.
Date of Completion means the date on which all work under an award is completed or the date on the award document, or any supplement or amendment thereto, on which Federal sponsorship ends.
Date of Completion means the date when the Agreement expires pursuant to its terms or is terminated in accordance with paragraph .

  • The Company shall have no obligation to complete, correct, repair or replace any Defective Work after the expiration of one (1) year from the Date of Completion.

More Definitions of Date of Completion

Date of Completion means the date determined by the Principal’s Representative (acting reasonably) as the date upon which Completion was reached and evidenced in the Completion Certificate.
Date of Completion or “completed” means the date that a communications service provider offers or facilitates broadband service delivered at or above 25 megabits per second of download speed and 3 megabits per second of upload speed in a targeted service area.
