Date of Delivery definition

Date of Delivery means the date stipulated in the contract for the delivery of the goods.
Date of Delivery means that date by which the Goods must be Delivered to UKRI, as specified in the Award Letter.
Date of Delivery means the date of initial issuance and delivery of the Refunding Bonds, or such other date as shall be set forth in the Purchase Contract or Official Statement.
