Examples of Date of Disability in a sentence
The Executive shall be treated as having suffered a “Disability” if the Executive is prevented from performing his duties hereunder by reason of illness or injury for a period of either (A) six or more consecutive months from the First Date of Disability (as defined below) or (B) eight months in the aggregate during any 12-month period.
Any Notice of Disability shall (i) set forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances claimed to provide a basis for such finding of Disability and (ii) specify an effective date (the "Date of Disability"), which shall not be less than 10 days after such notice is given.
Amounts or benefits which are vested benefits or which the Executive is otherwise entitled to receive under any such plan, program, policy, practice, contract or agreement prior to, at or subsequent to any Date of Termination, Date of Disability or Date of Retirement shall be paid or provided in accordance with the terms of such plan, program, policy, practice, contract or agreement except as explicitly modified by this Agreement.

Such Supplemental Disability Payments shall be made for a period of thirty-six (36) months from the Date of Disability.
