Date of Disability definition

Date of Disability means the date on which a Participant is classified as disabled as defined in the Company's Long-Term Disability Plan.
Date of Disability means the date on which a period of continuous disability commences, and may not commence on or before the last day of actual work.
Date of Disability means the latest of: the date of your Disability as determined by your Physician; the date you cease to work due to your Disability; or the date you are under regular care of a Physician for your Disability.

Examples of Date of Disability in a sentence

  • The Executive shall be treated as having suffered a “Disability” if the Executive is prevented from performing his duties hereunder by reason of illness or injury for a period of either (A) six or more consecutive months from the First Date of Disability (as defined below) or (B) eight months in the aggregate during any 12-month period.

  • Any Notice of Disability shall (i) set forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances claimed to provide a basis for such finding of Disability and (ii) specify an effective date (the "Date of Disability"), which shall not be less than 10 days after such notice is given.

  • Such Supplemental Disability Payments shall be made for a period of thirty-six (36) months from the Date of Disability.
