Date of Expiration definition

Date of Expiration means one year from the date of issuance of the medical cannabidiol registration card by the department of transportation.
Date of Expiration means the date on which the Option shall expire, which shall be the earliest of the following times: (a) the date of the first notification to the Optionee that the Optionee’s Service is terminated by the Company or an Affiliate for Cause; (b) thirty (30) days after termination of the Optionee’s Service for any reason other than by the Company or an Affiliate for Cause, death or Disability; provided, however, that if the Optionee dies within thirty (30) days of such termination, the Option shall be exercisable for a period of one (1) year after such termination; (c) three (3) years after termination of the Optionee’s Service with the Company or an Affiliate by reason of death or, Disability; or (d) ten (10) years after the Date of Xxxxx.

  • However, on that initial Date of Expiration, and on each extended Date of Expiration thereafter, the term of this Agreement will be extended automatically for one additional year unless, not later than six (6) months prior to such Date of Expiration, the Company gives written notice to you that it has elected not to extend this Agreement.

Date of Expiration means the date on which the Option shall expire, which shall be the earliest of the following times: (i) the date the Optionee’s Service is terminated by the Company or by an Affiliate for Cause (ii) Ninety (90) calendar days after the termination of Optionee’s Service for any other reason. Date of Expiration means the date set forth on this Award Agreement.
