date of expiry in relation to any product means, unless otherwise specified, a date four years from the date of manufacture of that product or the date of expiry marked on the product if that date is earlier;
date of expiry means, in relation to a person’s registration as a carrier of controlled waste, the date on which the period of 3 years mentioned in regulation 11(2) expires;
date of expiry means the date of expiry or earlier termination (however terminated) of this Lease;
