Date of Commercial Operation means the date on which the (nuclear or non-nuclear) power plant has successfully passed all performance and operational tests required by the end customer for commercial operation. In all other cases the warranty shall apply for twenty-four (24) months from delivery of the goods or performance of the services, or such longer period of time as customarily provided by Supplier, plus delays such as those due to non-conforming goods and services. The warranties shall apply to Buyer, its successors, assigns and the users of goods and services covered by this Order.
Mass mailing means over two hundred substantially similar pieces of mail, but does not include a form letter or other mail that is sent in response to an unsolicited request, letter or other inquiry.
Date of Commencement means the date designated in the Notice to Proceed for Contractor to commence the Work.
postal ballot means voting by post or through any electronic mode;
Date of application means the ef- fective date of an Application for Com- pensation filed with A.I.D. pursuant to§ 204.21 of this part.
E-Mail shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.5.
Date of Lodging means the date this Decree is filed for lodging with the Clerk of the Court for the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
Date of filing means the date an applicant submits a noti- fication of intent or the date an applicant files an application, whichever is earlier.
Date of Hire means the date on which a person shall perform his first Hour of Service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event a person incurs one or more consecutive Breaks after his initial Date of Hire which results in the forfeiture of his pre-Break Service pursuant to Section 3.3, his "Date of Hire" shall thereafter be the date on which he completes his first Hour of Service after such Break or Breaks.
Scheduled Trading Day means a day that is scheduled to be a Trading Day on the principal U.S. national or regional securities exchange or market on which the Common Stock is listed or admitted for trading. If the Common Stock is not so listed or admitted for trading, “Scheduled Trading Day” means a Business Day.
Date of Completion with respect to a Project shall mean: (i) the date upon which such Project and all components thereof have been acquired or constructed and are capable of performing the functions for which they were intended, as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; or (ii) the date on which the Issuer determines, upon the recommendation of or in consultation with the Consulting Engineer, that it cannot complete such Project in a sound and economical manner within a reasonable period of time as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; provided that in each case such certificate of the Consulting Engineer shall set forth the amount of all Costs of such Project which have theretofore been incurred, but which on the Date of Completion is or will be unpaid or unreimbursed.
Real-time means the actual time during which a process or event occurs.
Return Destination means the place to which the Insured expects to return from his/her Trip as shown in the Application.
Real-time Loss Price means the Loss Price resulting from the Office of the Interconnection’s dispatch of the PJM Interchange Energy Market in the Operating Day.
Publication Date means an Ordinary Publication Date or an Extraordinary Publication Date, as the case may be.
Date of receipt means the date on which a claim, information or evidence was received in the Department of Vet- erans Affairs, except as to specific pro- visions for claims or evidence received in the State Department (§ 3.108), or in the Social Security Administration (§§ 3.153, 3.201), or Department of De- fense as to initial claims filed at or prior to separation. However, the Under Secretary for Benefits may es- tablish, by notice published in the FED- ERAL REGISTER, exceptions to this rule, using factors such as postmark or the date the claimant signed the cor- respondence, when he or she deter- mines that a natural or man-made in- terference with the normal channels through which the Veterans Benefits Administration ordinarily receives cor- respondence has resulted in one or more Veterans Benefits Administration offices experiencing extended delays in receipt of claims, information, or evi- dence from claimants served by the af- fected office or offices to an extent that, if not addressed, would adversely affect such claimants through no fault of their own.(Authority: 38 U.S.C. 501(a), 512(a), 5110)
polling day means the day fixed for holding the poll at an election;
Show Day means not more than one local show day observed on an employee's ordinary working day, other than a Saturday or a Sunday, in the city, town or district in which the employee is employed; or such other day which, in the absence of such a local show day, is agreed on by the employee and the employer, therefore making a total of 11 paid public holidays per year.
Date of Closing shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 2 hereof.
Working Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which banks are open for general business in the City of London.
Postal service means the United States postal service.
Date of Loss means the date of the incident occurring to Your Vehicle which results in the Motor Insurance Company paying a claim for Total Loss.
