Date of Termination definition

Date of Termination means the date of receipt of the Notice of Termination or any later date specified therein, as the case may be; provided, however, that (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated by the Company other than for Cause or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date on which the Company notifies the Executive of such termination and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated by reason of death or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date of death of the Executive or the Disability Effective Date, as the case may be.

Date of Termination means the date specified in the Notice of Termination.

Date of Termination means the date of the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company specified in a Notice of Termination.

Examples of Date of Termination in a sentence

• The terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement will commence on the Effective Date and end on the earlier of: (a) the date that the Executive is reappointed to the Management Board, and (b) the Executive’s Date of Termination (such period, including any extension as provided below, shall be referred to as the “Term of Employment”).

• The effective date of such termination of employment will be the Date of Termination set forth in such written notice or immediately upon delivery of such written notice if no effective date is specified in the written notice.

• The Executive may terminate his employment for any reason other than Good Reason upon his delivery of written notice to the Company at least thirty (30) days prior to his Date of Termination.

• Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, all terms and provisions of this Agreement that by their nature extend beyond the Date of Termination shall survive termination of this Agreement.

• The compensation and benefits described in Section 7(c) or Section 8 will not be paid to the Executive if the Executive fails to execute the Release within the time frame specified in such Release, if the Executive revokes the Release within the applicable revocation period set forth in such Release or if the revocation period expires more than sixty (60) days following the Executive’s Date of Termination.

More Definitions of Date of Termination

Date of Termination means (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated by the Company for Cause, or by the Executive for Good Reason, the date of receipt of the Notice of Termination or any later date specified therein, as the case may be, (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated by the Company other than for Cause or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date on which the Company notifies the Executive of such termination and (iii) if the Executive's employment is terminated by reason of death or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date of death of the Executive or the Disability Effective Date, as the case may be.

Date of Termination shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2 hereof.

Date of Termination means (A) if Executive’s employment is terminated for Disability, thirty (30) days after a Notice of Termination is given (provided that he shall not have returned to the performance of his duties on a full-time basis during such thirty (30) day period), and (B) if his employment is terminated for any other reason, the date specified in the Notice of Termination.
