Examples of Date of Termination in a sentence
Accrued Obligations shall be paid to Executive’s estate or beneficiary, as applicable, in a lump sum in cash on the 30th day after the Date of Termination.
During the Restricted Period, within the Territory Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, individually or on behalf of any other person or entity (other than a member of the Bank Group), offer to provide banking services to any person, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, or other entity who is or was a customer of any member of the Bank Group during any part of the twelve (12) month period immediately prior to the Date of Termination.
With respect to the provision of Other Benefits, the term Other Benefits as used in this Section 7(c) shall include, without limitation, and Executive shall be entitled after the Date of Termination to receive, (1) all disability benefits under all Welfare Benefit Plans relating to disability, in accordance with the terms of the Welfare Benefit Plans, and (2) for the remainder of the Remaining Employment Period all other benefits available to Executive under all Welfare Benefit Plans.
Executive may also terminate Executive’s employment hereunder without Good Reason upon delivery of a Notice of Termination to Employee at least 60 days prior to Date of Termination (defined below).
For purposes of this Agreement, “Restricted Period” shall mean the period of one (1) year after Executive’s Date of Termination.
