Examples of date of the contract in a sentence
When costs are a factor in any determination of a Contract price adjustment pursuant to the “Changes” clause or any other provision of this Contract, such costs shall be in accordance with the Contract cost principles and procedures, in Subpart 31 of the FAR, as supplemented or modified by DEAR Part 931 in effect on the Effective Date of the Contract, except as otherwise provided in this Contract with respect to facilities capital cost of money (CAS 414).
This Heads of Agreement shall come into force on the Effective Date of the Contract and shall continue in effect until the Contract expires, terminates or upon the Participants entering into the JOA, whichever is the earlier.
This Guarantee shall come into force on the Effective Date of the Contract and shall remain valid as long as , or its Affiliate, shall be bound by the Contract.
Prices for the Goods or Services listed in Exhibit B shall remain unchanged for twelve (12) months following the Effective Date of the Contract.
The Contractor shall have the right to request a price adjustment only during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the annual anniversary dates of the Effective Date of the Contract during the term of the Contract.
