Daycare facility definition

Daycare facility means licensed and registered child daycare homes, programs and facilities.

Day care facilities include day care centres, day nurseries, kindergartens, nursery school, and play schools and after school or baby-sitting programs which satisfy this definition. Day care facilities shall not include a day home, a family care facility, a group care facility, or a school operated by a School Division;
