DCCKI Eligible Subscriber definition

DCCKI Eligible Subscriber has the meaning given to that expression in Section L13.8 (DCCKI Eligible Subscribers). DCCKI Infrastructure Certificate has the meaning given to that expression in the DCCKI Certificate Policy. DCCKI Interface Design Specification means the SEC Subsidiary Document of that name set out in Appendix [TBD], which:

Related to DCCKI Eligible Subscriber

  • Eligible Stockholder means a person who has either (1) been a record holder of the shares of common stock of the Corporation used to satisfy the eligibility requirements in Section 3.2(d) continuously for the required three-year period or (2) provides to the Secretary of the Corporation, within the time period referred to in Section 3.2(e), evidence of continuous Ownership of such shares for such three-year period from one or more securities intermediaries.

The Hypothetical Investor may be deemed by the Calculation Agent to be resident or organised in any jurisdiction, and to be, without limitation, the Issuer, the Calculation Agent or any of their affiliates (as determined by the Calculation Agent in the context of the relevant situation).

  • Qualified buyer means an applicant who meets the criteria in section 4.
