DDA Account definition

DDA Account shall have the meaning specified in the Check Disbursement Agreement.

DDA Account means a demand deposit account.

DDA Account shall refer to demand deposit account no. 1886481967, with Bank One, which account is styled "First Nationwide Mortgage Corp., Re: Bank One, Texas Tri-Party Custody Agreement, dated September 19, 1995."
