De Minimis Threshold definition

De Minimis Threshold means the ceiling on Relevant Aid provided under the De Minimis Block Exemption to a Relevant Enterprise as more particularly set out in the De Minimis Disclosure Form.
De Minimis Threshold shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.13(a)(iii).
