Dealing Day definition

Dealing Day means every Business Day from Monday to Saturday of every week. Units will be available for dealing (purchase, redemption, transfer, switching etc) on Dealing Days during Cut-off Time. Provided that the Management Company may with the prior written consent of the Trustee and upon giving not less than seven days notice in two widely circulated English or Urdu newspapers in Pakistan declare any particular Business Day(s) not to be a Dealing Day(s).
Dealing Day means a day on which the Relevant Stock Exchange or relevant stock exchange or securities market is open for business and on which Ordinary Shares, Securities, options, warrants or other rights (as the case may be) may be dealt in (other than a day on which the Relevant Stock Exchange or relevant stock exchange or securities market is scheduled to or does close prior to its regular weekday closing time);
Dealing Day means each Business Day during the continuance of the relevant Sub-Fund, and/or such other day or days as the Manager may from time to time determine with the approval of the Trustee.

Examples of Dealing Day in a sentence

  • A dealing request received after this time will be held over and processed on the next Dealing Day, using the Net Asset Value per Share calculated as at the Valuation Point on that next Dealing Day.

  • The requests in excess of ten percent (10%) shall be treated as redemption requests qualifying for being processed on the next Dealing Day at the price to be determined for such redemption requests.

  • Where it is not practical to determine the chronological ranking of any requests in comparison to others received on the same Dealing Day, such requests shall be processed on basis proportionate to the size of the requests.

  • A request for dealing in Shares must be received by the Valuation Point on a particular Dealing Day in order to be processed on that Dealing Day.

  • Applicants for Shares and Shareholders requesting redemption and/or conversion of Shares will be notified of such suspension and, unless withdrawn, applications for Shares will be considered and requests for redemption and/or conversion will be processed as at the next Dealing Day following the ending of such suspension.


More Definitions of Dealing Day

Dealing Day means a day, other than a Saturday or Sunday, on which the London Stock Exchange (or such other stock exchange on which the Benchmark Gilt is at the relevant time listed) is ordinarily open for the trading of securities;
