  • An employee shall receive Disappearance or Death of a Child Leave without pay for up to fifty-two (52) weeks if they are a parent of a child, under the age of eighteen (18), who has disappeared as a result of a crime.

  • Death of a relative not a member of the immediate family – one (1) day.
