Debentures definition

Debentures has the meaning stated in the first recital of this Indenture.
Debentures means the debt securities of the Guarantor designated the Floating Rate Junior Subordinated Deferrable Interest Debentures due 2033 held by the Institutional Trustee (as defined in the Declaration) of the Issuer.
Debentures means the series of Debentures to be issued by the Debenture Issuer under the Indenture to be held by the Institutional Trustee, a specimen certificate for such series of Debentures being Exhibit B.

Examples of Debentures in a sentence

  • Upon issuance or conversion in accordance with the Convertible Debentures, the Conversion Shares, when issued, will be validly issued, fully paid and nonassessable and free from all preemptive or similar rights or Liens with respect to the issue thereof, with the holders being entitled to all rights accorded to a holder of Common Shares.

  • A fiduciary agent to be appointed by the Company (the “XXX Debentures Fiduciary Agent”), as fiduciary agent acting on behalf of the holders of the XXX Debentures.
