Debt to Net Worth Ratio definition

Debt to Net Worth Ratio shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.7(b).
Debt to Net Worth Ratio means, with respect to any Person and for any period, the ratio of Debt to Net Worth for such Person for such period.
Debt to Net Worth Ratio means the ratio, as of any date, of (a) Consolidated Debt to (b) Consolidated Tangible Net Worth.

Examples of Debt to Net Worth Ratio in a sentence

  • Permit the Consolidated Funded Debt to Net Worth Ratio as of the end of any fiscal quarter of the Borrower to be greater than 2.50 to 1.0.

  • Commencing on October 31, 2016, maintain a Debt to Net Worth Ratio of not greater than 1.50:1.00 measured at the end of each Fiscal Quarter.

Debt to Net Worth Ratio means the ratio of total liabilities to Tangible Net Worth.
Debt to Net Worth Ratio means the ratio of Borrowers' total liabilities calculated in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (except for debt subordinated to the Liabilities pursuant to a written agreement in a form acceptable to Lender acting in good faith) to Borrowers' total Net Worth.
