Declarant Control Period definition

Declarant Control Period means the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on the date which is the earliest of (a) the date on which Declarant no longer owns a Unit, (b) ten years from the date of recording of this Declaration, and (c) the date on which Declarant executes and records a document terminating the Declarant Control Period.

More Definitions of Declarant Control Period

Declarant Control Period means that the date this Declaration is recorded, during which operation of the Association. The Declarant Control date that Declarant holds fifty percent (50%) or less of Lots.

Declarant Control Period means the period of time from when this Declaration is recorded until the first to occur of: (i) the total number of votes held by Class "A" Members exceed the total number votes held by the Class "B" Member; (ii) 15 years pass from the date this Declaration is recorded; or (iii) the Class "B" Member elects to end the Declarant Control Period.
