All capitalized terms herein which are not separately defined herein will have the meanings given to those terms in the Declaration or in the by-laws of Beacon Court Condominium (said by-laws, as the same may be amended from time to time, are hereinafter referred to as the “By-Laws”).
This Declaration incorporates by reference the Agreement and every addendum to it.
The Trustees, by vote of a majority of the Trustees then in office, may establish one or more committees (each a “Committee”), elect from their number one or more Committee members and may delegate thereto some or all of their powers except those which by law, by the Declaration of Trust, or by these Bylaws may not be delegated.
The Treasurer shall be the chief financial and accounting officer of the Trust, and shall, subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Trust and to any arrangement made by the Trustees with a custodian, investment adviser or manager, or transfer, shareholder servicing or similar agent, be in charge of the valuable papers, books of account and accounting records of the Trust.
Any Trustee may resign at any time by written instrument in accordance with the provisions of the Declaration of Trust.
