Dedicated Space means the space assigned for the Collocator’s Physical Collocation arrangement located in

Examples of Dedicated Space in a sentence

• If possible, notification of any emergency-related activity will be made immediately prior to the start of the activity so that the Collocator may take reasonable actions necessary to protect the Collocator’s Dedicated Space.

• AT&T-13STATE will inform the Collocator as soon as practicable by telephone of all emergency-related activities that AT&T-13STATE or its subcontractors are performing in the general area of the Collocator’s Dedicated Space, or in the general area of the AC and DC power plants which support the Collocator’s equipment.

• The Collocator shall not place or leave any equipment or facilities within the Dedicated Space not included on the list without the express written consent of AT&T-13STATE, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.

• Each Dedicated Space within an Eligible Structure will be considered a single Dedicated Space for the application of rates according to this Appendix.

More Definitions of Dedicated Space

Dedicated Space means space held by WeWork and licensed to a member, which space is an assigned desk(s), office suite, private office, or space access provided under the Headquarters by WeWork, WeWork All Access Memberships, or WeWork Labs Memberships product lines. Dedicated Space does NOT include: We Memberships, Hot Desk memberships, or Made by We memberships.

Dedicated Space. Space assigned to an occupant/user for day to day operation, which is not available for scheduling, per Section III, Paragraph B, Item 3.

Dedicated Space shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.17(d).
